I offer effective and personalized bodywork based on over 12 years of therapeutic work originally in the San Francisco South Bay Area, and now in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand.
I also offer distant healing and life coaching over the phone, to anywhere in the world. My coaching is based on the practical results of nearly 30 years of yoga practice, over 20 years as a vegan, and extensive chi gong, cleansing and fasting experience.
Treat yourself to a one week (or longer) healing retreat in Chiang Mai, and experience the simple, peaceful organic lifestyle in our village just south of the city. Daily Thai massage, yoga, and chi gong are offered, as well as all vegan / raw meals.
Thai Massage is done fully clothed, on a mattress on the floor. Thai massage is the traditional style of bodywork which has been practiced in Thailand since the time of the Buddha, 2500 years ago. It is the only form of bodywork that includes the client being given yoga stretches (it is called "lazy man's yoga"!) I first came to Thailand in 1998, when I did my first Thai Massage training.
I have been a yoga teacher since 1994. My yoga classes are based on a combination of Yoga Therapy and Iyengar styles. I also teach a simple and easy to remember Chi Gong practice.
I have studied and practiced energy work extensively since 1995. I use Reiki, Craniosacral, and Medical Chi Gong techniques in my bodywork sessions, as needed.
Many clients come to me for Reflexology sessions. I have developed a technique similar to Trigger Release, through which I clear energetic blockage in the clients body, particularly the organs. Some clients like a combined session, starting with Reflexology, and then completing with Thai Massage.
