Sabai Nuat Thai CD - 2006
Music inspired by my time in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand, since 1998, when I first learned Thai Massage there. "Sabai Nuat Thai" means "Relaxing Thai Massage", and the CD holds the peaceful yogic energy that comes from receiving Thai Massage. The yoga stretches incorporated in Thai Massage give the same deep feeling of relaxation that comes after a yoga class or practice session. The length of the CD is one hour, and the tempo and energy of the music is relaxed, making it an ideal background for massage and bodywork, as well as yoga and other meditative practices. The main influence is traditional Thai music, but set in a world music context. I hope you enjoy the music, and feel the special energy of Lanna (Northern Thailand).
