This movie was recorded and produced by Guy Harriman, at the first of our series of free resonance workshops at the lannayoga.com Healing Center in Saraphi, Chiang Mai, northern Thailand. The workshop is an occasion for us to come together and share our passions ans wisdom as a peer group. We used the talking stick to take turns to share verbally or non-verbally.
