Thailand - 25 January 2011 - Crystal Dance Meditation 3
This movie was recorded and produced by Guy Harriman, with photos by Mark Meurs at the third of our series of free crystal dances at the lannayoga.com Healing Center in Saraphi, Chiang Mai, northern Thailand. The dance is an occasion for us to come together and play in the energy of the big crystals. Everyone does whatever they feel moved to do. At the end, we come together in a circle to meditate and send the energy we created out into the world - hopefully you can feel it! Thanks to Fantuzzi for playing his guitar after the meditation.
